Second, use deadlines for every single little goal. You have been programmed by society to respond to deadlines. So why not take advantage of this inborn conditioning? You see, by applying deadlines to all of your goals no matter how small they may be, you only focus on the most important parts of reaching that goal. You won’t get caught up with all the details.
